TEAM NEEDED

 REQUIREMENTS 

• You are US citizen or permanent resident and have a driver’s license to prove residency. 

• You are 21-35 years of age and have to be a resident with lake County only

• Must be capable of adhering to full Personal Protective Equipment guidelines (PPE), per OSHA requirements, to maintain a safe and sterile environment.

• Ability to focus on tasks at hand, perform any other duties as assigned. 

• Experience with cannabis cultivation hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product. 

• The normal schedule is to be determined later

• Able to work in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment;

• "can do" attitude and ability to pitch in on projects outside of the normal scope of this role.

• Requires lifting heavy objects up to 25 pounds and may involve lots of walking; 

• Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch, in addition to usable by-products. Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and math.

• Operate with integrity and honesty. 

• Black ground check required.
